We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your TeachersPet subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Every teacher also gets a seven-day free trial before paying anything, so you can try the full product first.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Yoco. To request a refund, email support@teacherspet.prblmslvr.xyz and we will help.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Terms of Service.
